AJS Model 20, Springtwin, 500cc 1954, „jampot“

The motorcycle lay in pieces in a drawer for 40 years and was completely rebuilt by Munich master mechanic Mirko Maier.

Original registration document (German title) and extensive photo documentation are available.

New Heidenau tires, new seat, and Smith's speedometer.

LUCAS magneto overhauled with invoice.

It is 95% complete, everything except the electrical system. No fluids have been added yet. Has not been started since restoration.
